By purchasing and attending the Digital Exposure Audit workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

The Digital Exposure Audit is a live, interactive workshop designed to help participants understand their digital exposure and learn privacy protection strategies. The service includes:

  • Live 90-minute workshop session
  • Digital exposure assessment tools and guidance
  • Privacy professional framework and strategies
  • Workshop materials and resources
  • 7-day replay access
  • Limited post-workshop email support

3. Payment and Pricing

The workshop fee is $37 USD, payable in advance. Payment must be completed before workshop access is granted. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

4. Refund Policy

No Refunds: Due to the live, information-based nature of our workshop, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided after purchase, regardless of attendance.

Replay Access: If you cannot attend the live session, you will receive access to the workshop replay, fulfilling our service obligation.

5. Workshop Access and Technical Requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have reliable internet access
  • Having a compatible device for Zoom participation
  • Registering for the Zoom meeting link provided
  • Accessing replay materials within the specified timeframe

We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, materials, methodologies, and resources are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not:

  • Record, reproduce, or distribute workshop content
  • Share login credentials or replay access with others
  • Use our materials for commercial purposes without permission
  • Reverse engineer or copy our methodologies for competing services

7. User Conduct

During the workshop, you agree to:

  • Participate respectfully and professionally
  • Not disrupt the session or other participants
  • Keep other participants' shared information confidential
  • Not engage in any illegal or harmful activities

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

While we demonstrate exposure assessment techniques, you participate at your own discretion. We recommend:

  • Not sharing highly sensitive personal information during live sessions
  • Understanding that other participants may see information you choose to share
  • Taking responsibility for your own privacy decisions during participation

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Educational Purpose: This workshop is for educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

No Guarantees: While we provide proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or that following our recommendations will prevent all privacy risks.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for implementing any strategies discussed and for your own digital security decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to the workshop shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($37).

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify workshop content, scheduling, or delivery methods with reasonable notice. In case of significant changes, we will notify registered participants via email.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior, or misuse of our services.
