1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Digital Exposure Scorecard, registering for our workshops, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Free Digital Exposure Scorecard
Our complimentary assessment tool that provides:
- Digital exposure assessment and scoring (0-100 scale)
- Personalized vulnerability analysis
- Basic privacy recommendations
- Educational content about digital privacy risks
Digital Exposure Audit Workshop
Our live, interactive workshop service includes:
- Live 90-minute workshop session
- Interactive digital exposure assessment
- Privacy professional framework and strategies
- Two immediate implementation fixes
- Workshop materials and resources
- Lifetime replay access
- Live Q&A and personalized guidance
3. Payment and Pricing
Free Services
The Digital Exposure Scorecard is provided at no cost. No payment or subscription is required.
Paid Workshop
The workshop fee is $37 USD, payable in advance. Payment must be completed before workshop access is granted. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.
4. Refund Policy
Free Services
No refunds applicable for free services.
Paid Workshop
No Refunds: Due to the live, information-based nature of our workshop, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided after purchase, regardless of attendance.
Replay Access: If you cannot attend the live session, you will receive access to the workshop replay, fulfilling our service obligation.
Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule a workshop session, registered participants will be notified and given access to the next available session or replay.
5. Access and Technical Requirements

- Requires internet access and a modern web browser
- Results delivered via email (valid email address required)
- Compatible with desktop and mobile devices
Workshop Access
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have reliable internet access
- Having a compatible device for Zoom participation
- Registering for the Zoom meeting using the provided link
- Accessing replay materials within your account
- Having a device ready for interactive assessment during the workshop
We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent participation or scorecard completion.
6. User Conduct and Participation
Scorecard Use
- Provide accurate information for meaningful results
- Use the tool for its intended personal assessment purpose
- Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse the scoring system
Workshop Participation
During workshops, you agree to:
- Participate respectfully and professionally
- Not disrupt the session or other participants
- Keep other participants' shared information confidential
- Not record or redistribute workshop content
- Participate in assessment activities at your own discretion
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including scorecard methodologies, workshop materials, assessment frameworks, and resources are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our assessment tools or methodologies
- Record, reproduce, or distribute workshop content
- Share login credentials or replay access with others
- Use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission
- Reverse engineer our scoring algorithms or privacy frameworks
- Create competing services based on our methodologies
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your Privacy During Use
While we provide privacy education and assessment tools:
- You control what personal information you share during assessments
- We recommend not sharing highly sensitive information during live sessions
- Other workshop participants may see information you choose to share publicly
- You are responsible for your own privacy decisions during participation
- Scorecard responses are used only for generating your results
9. Educational Purpose and Disclaimers
Educational Purpose Only: Our services are for educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, cybersecurity consulting, or professional advice.
No Guarantees: While we provide proven privacy strategies and assessment methods:
- We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or complete protection from privacy risks
- Your scorecard results are estimates based on provided information
- Privacy threats and technologies evolve constantly
- Implementation of our recommendations is at your own discretion and risk
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:
- Implementing any strategies or recommendations discussed
- Your own digital security and privacy decisions
- Verifying the accuracy of your scorecard responses
- Seeking professional advice for specific legal or security concerns
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Privacy breaches or security incidents unrelated to our services
- Consequences of implementing or not implementing our recommendations
- Inaccuracies in scorecard results based on incomplete or inaccurate user input
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for paid services (if any), with a maximum of $37.
11. Data Accuracy and User Responsibility
For accurate scorecard results and workshop value:
- Provide truthful and complete information during assessments
- Understand that inaccurate inputs lead to inaccurate results
- Take responsibility for verifying and acting on recommendations
- Recognize that our assessments are educational tools, not security audits
12. Service Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify scorecard questions or methodology to improve accuracy
- Update workshop content, scheduling, or delivery methods with reasonable notice
- Temporarily suspend services for maintenance or improvements
- Discontinue services with 30 days notice to active users
For significant changes affecting paid services, we will notify participants via email.
13. Account Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for:
- Violations of these terms
- Disruptive behavior during workshops
- Misuse of our assessment tools or content
- Attempts to compromise our systems or other users' privacy
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable events affecting our ability to deliver services.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico, with venue in Rio Arriba County.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will:
- Post updated terms on our website
- Notify users of material changes via email
- Allow reasonable time for review before changes take effect
